Monday's Workout of the Day

Went to kickboxing class yesterday and we did a new workout routine.

- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 burpees
- 10 dive bomber push ups
- 10 high knee jumps
- 10 jack knives

Repeat and see how many sets you can do in 10 minutes.  If you doing the exercises with good form and jumping as high as you can, this is real intense.  

I cannot remember with certainty but I think I managed about 5 sets before the timer ran out.
